The person who applies for an Event Partnership must live or work in Southern Oregon. If you are on tour you can apply for a Public Event Rental or reach out to a local act, performer or producer and ask them to apply for the event partner program.

Must introduce acts and make announcements during the event. This person will be representing the performers and the venue and must do so in a professional and friendly way. (DJ is required to fulfill this role at all Hip Hop events)

$10 minimum for weekend EP events/ $5 minimum for weekday EP events

Typically we only approve events that are all ages and do not have alcohol available for the Event Partner program. If you would like to host an event that has alcohol available or is more appropriate for adult audiences you can apply for a Public Rental or contact us to discuss the likelihood of being approved before submitting an EP application.

Each act will receive 100% of the money collected from any merchandise sales and is entirely responsible for managing their own inventory and sales.

I agree to wait until my event partner application is approved and the public event fee has been paid before doing any advertising or promotions.

I agree to abide by all of the Venue Rules & Conditions of Use.

Any violation of the rules & conditions will result in a $100 space/equipment misuse fee per occurrence.

I agree to pay the entire cost of any repairs or replacement costs plus any additional fees, penalties or fines that are accrued during my rental time.

I agree to save a credit card on file, and authorize The Phoenix Clubhouse to automatically charge the card on file for any additional fees or damages incurred during or leading up to the event.

I agree to fulfill all the Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations of Partnership and ensure that all the Performer Expectations are met.

I provided a copy of the Rules & Conditions and Performer Expectations to each act on the lineup.

All acts/performers must agree to follow these rules and expectations before you include them on your event proposal.

I agree to pay a $20 change fee for each change approved after promotions have started.

If the EP can no longer offer all the details submitted on the approved application and the requested changes are denied, the event is subject to immediate cancellation.

If my approved event is cancelled for any reason, I agree to pay the $100 public event cancellation fee.

This event includes 100% original content only and all the performing artists on the lineup have the right to perform all of the scheduled material publicly.

The Phoenix Clubhouse reserves the right to take photos and videos during any public event and use them for our own promotional purposes. *

I have notified each act/individual performer that pictures and videos may be taken during their set.

These pictures and videos may be available online immediately or posted sometime after the event. If an individual act or performer does not want pictures or videos taken during their set, you must inform The Phoenix Clubhouse on your initial application before your event is approved.
