Rental Information
PRIVATE VS. PUBLIC EVENTS:
- Private Rentals are reserved for events where nothing is being bought or sold and all attendees are invited guests.
- Examples of a private event include Band Practices, Baby/Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Holiday Gatherings and Club or Group Meetings.
- Public Rentals & Partnerships include events that are promoted to the general public, charge a cover/ticket fee to attend, or include the sale of a product or service on-site.
- Additional requirements and fees apply to all Public events.
- Examples of Public events include Live Music Shows, Art/Dance Classes, Concerts, Direct Marketing Events, Comedy Shows and Poetry Readings.

You may also want to check the availability of a specific date and time before you finalize the details needed for your application and you can do so by submitting a Date Inquiry Form.
STEPS TO BOOK:
1) Contact The Phoenix Clubhouse to check the availability of a specific date.

- Include your Name, Contact Info & Desired Date/Time for event
2) The Phoenix Clubhouse will respond to Date Inquiry Form submissions and inquiries made by phone or email as soon as possible.
- If the date is available a courtesy hold will be placed on the date for up to two weeks or until an application is submitted and approved or another inquiry is made for the same date.
3) Read the Venue Rules + Conditions of Use
4) Review the Rental Rates + Package Options and/or the Event Partner Expectations and Information Page
5) Submit the appropriate Application for:
- Venue Rental: PUBLIC
- Venue Rental: PRIVATE
- Event Partnership: PUBLIC
If approved, an electronic invoice or confirmation will be sent by email.
6) To confirm your reservation and begin promoting/inviting guests you must:
- For Event Partnerships:
- Submit flyer/pre-sale tickets and any other follow-up info for approval
- For Venue Rentals:
- Pay your rental fees:
- 50% booking fee due immediately
- Remaining rental fees due 24 hours before the rental start time
- Pay your rental fees:
Make a payment by:
- MAILING checks and money orders (P.O. Box 2033, Phoenix, OR 97535)
- ONLINE INVOICE with Debit/Credit ( additional fees apply)
- IN PERSON during Open Mic or any of our public events.
